The room was super clean and cozy, and I found the late checkout at noon very useful. The reception staff were helpful answering all my questions. I appreciated the location being close to amenities and convenient.

The check-in process was speedy. Terri-ann was very efficient. The rooms offer nice touches. I noticed a vanity mirror and a hairdryer. A charging point and a fan were also useful. Breakfast included many options. I found the toaster worked well.
The shower hose needed cleaning, I thought. I saw it was black. When I ran baths, the water looked yellow.

The room was hot and there was no air conditioning available. the shower over the bath was small. I think it needs changing to a walk in shower. the bar closed at 7pm on sunday, even for residents.

the tropical gardens were gorgeous, i found them a good place to relax. the room was comfy and clean, which i greatly appreciated. the hotel was also close to the stadium for an event i attended.
the room could have been warmer, it felt a little chilly at times. i noticed cups weren't cleaned thoroughly and the bed wasn't made properly. also, spare toilet roll was missing from the holder.

This location worked well for me during a short stay. Morrison's is very close. McDonald's is next door, and it features an electric vehicle charger. The staff accommodated me by receiving a letter at reception before I arrived, a plus. Parking was free and readily available in the hotel's lot. I found this very convenient.
The room décor felt quite dated. The hotel clearly needs an overhaul. Flushing the toilet caused a very loud and prolonged noise.

The hotel provided free parking. This was a big benefit. There are disabled parking spaces available close to the entrance. The building included some castle-like features. This made the architecture distinctive.

I chose the Full Yorkshire breakfast. It was cooked to order. The breakfast included normal continental options. I was filled right up. The coffee was enjoyable, and the staff in the breakfast room were charming.

I thought the staff were lovely and helpful . Reception staff were able to assist with my needs, including taking in a letter before my arrival. The staff were friendly and approachable at all times.
